Shine on, luminous Blue Lamps;
Fire up your amps
Of delight and fascination,
Sparkle and captivation.
Focus on us by turn; burn
Your gentle way, framed in concern
And sympathy; switch on candlepower
And sky-hued rays to shower
Beams of joy and rescue-light
That sends darkness into flight.
Faint crinkles traced to years
Of family-guarding, mirth and tears
Edge concentric circles undimmed;
The targets swim within
Deep pools that vault azure lenses
To tingle and illuminate the senses
And wrap arms of love around
The flood-lighted and spellbound.
